Whilst good advice always comes at a cost and good firms of solicitors in the 21st century now understand that service levels and commitments are important, we do understand where clients are coming from. This needs to be balanced against the fact that good legal advice does add value, helps with business, reduces risks and can even be creative at times !

2. what are the risks ?
3. are the fees proportionate to the risk or benefit ?
4. is the advice good advice and not just telling us what we must do or why we must have a lengthy contract fore example
5. Has more than 1 option been offered to deal with the issue in terms of cost or approach ?
